“How I learnt learning.”
“The whole purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows.” –Sydney Harris.
Its purpose is to create minds and personalities that would mould generations into creations.
However, moulding a generation doesn’t need uniforms; nor does it demand waking up early in the morning. Read on...
Good Morning Continues…
“Good Morning” has yet another aspect. BAGS! We call them School bags. Bags-to-help carry books. But now, books aren’t the only load. There are plenty of other things school demands children to carry.
Nine hours of school require lunch, breakfast and snacks, a water bottle to add to the burden. Read on...
Let’s All Assemble…
The cries and byes ceased as the one thousand two hundred children, of different grades, different intelligence levels and different personalities entered the school. Each student, be it a first grader or a tenth grader, carried a monstrous or rather gigantic school bag. Read on...
All assembled..Now the SUFFER begins..
I would be exhausted already even before the assembly began. The previous day's stress wouldn't be relieved even after a six hour sleep. When the Journey Becomes a Destination..
“You are a child only once.”
It’s enough, I am home-schooling.
Waking up early in the morning, standing in assembly, being a part of futile and stupid annual days, travelling in jam-packed buses, giving useless exams, lifting heavy bags and all such things came to an end once we began home-schooling...Read on...
